Welcome to Fitment Fanatics. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.fitmentfanatics.com and all services provided by Prodigy Data Management LLC.

By visiting the Site, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Fitment Fanatics creates fully custom forged wheels based on the specifications you provide.
Because all wheels are made specifically for each customer, certain policies such as returns, cancellations, and changes are restricted.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Website

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
You may not interfere with the Site’s security, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape or copy content.

All images, text, logos, and content are the property of Fitment Fanatics and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Custom Orders

All forged wheels are custom-made to your submitted design, specifications, and vehicle fitment.
Once production begins, all orders are final.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed and approved your final wheel design.

  • You have confirmed the sizes, widths, offsets, and finish.

  • You understand the build is custom and cannot be resold.

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and fitment information.

4. Payments

By submitting payment, you authorize Fitment Fanatics and Prodigy Data Management LLC to charge your payment method for the full order amount.

Your order will not begin production until payment is received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of fraud, error, or other issues.

5. Production and Timelines

Custom forged wheel production typically takes up to 4 weeks, with additional shipping time depending on carrier and destination.
The average total delivery time is approximately 8 weeks.

Production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs will be provided at checkout or during invoicing.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or logistics do not qualify for refunds.

Once wheels leave the manufacturing facility, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
We will assist in filing shipping claims if damage occurs.

7. No Returns or Cancellations

Because all wheels are custom-made to order:

All sales are final.
No returns, refunds, or cancellations are allowed once production begins.

8. Fitment Responsibility

Fitment Fanatics can offer guidance, but final fitment is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not guarantee fitment unless explicit written confirmation is provided by us after reviewing measurements and vehicle details.

Incorrect measurements or incomplete information provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Fitment Fanatics.

9. Warranty

Fitment Fanatics provides wheels manufactured in a VIA and JWL certified facility.
Structural warranties or finish warranties vary by manufacturer and will be disclosed upon request.

Damage caused by improper installation, tire mounting, aggressive driving, neglect, accidents, road hazards, or modifications is not covered.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, logos, website content, and images are owned by Fitment Fanatics or licensed partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

11. Account and Contact Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information.
Your contact details will be used for order updates, shipping communication, and product information.

Text messaging is our preferred communication method. By contacting us, you consent to receiving text and email messages regarding your order.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Fitment Fanatics and Prodigy Data Management LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of the Site

  • Custom wheel ordering

  • Improper installation

  • Vehicle damage

  • Shipping delays

  • Fitment issues

  • Product misuse

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Broward County, Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
