Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Fitment Fanatics. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your custom wheels are shipped once production is complete.

Fitment Fanatics is owned and operated by Prodigy Data Management LLC.


Production Time

All wheels are custom-made to your approved design and specifications.

Typical build times:

  • Design + Manufacturing: Up to 4 weeks

  • Total Delivery Time (Production + Shipping): Approximately 8 weeks on average

Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary based on workload, materials, or factory scheduling.


Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Ocean Freight (Default)

This is the standard shipping method for all custom wheel orders.

  • Cost-effective

  • Reliable

  • Longer transit times

  • Tracking provided

2. Expedited Air Freight (Optional Upgrade)

Available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Much faster delivery

  • Recommended for urgent builds

  • Tracking provided

If you want air freight, please let us know when placing your order.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination and method:

  • Ocean Freight: Typically 3 to 6 weeks

  • Air Freight: Typically 5 to 10 business days

Shipping time may vary due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Port congestion

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • International logistics

These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


Tracking Your Order

Once your wheels leave the manufacturing facility, we will send you:

  • Photos and/or videos of the completed wheels

  • Your tracking information

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear.


Shipping Damage or Loss

If your wheels arrive damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos and videos of the packaging and damage.

  3. Keep all packaging materials.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Fitment Fanatics is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by installers, tire mounting, or improper handling

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Damage resulting from customer negligence or modifications


Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or during invoicing and depend on:

  • Destination

  • Wheel size and weight

  • Chosen shipping method

Expedited air freight is billed separately.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Additional taxes, customs fees, or import duties may apply depending on your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.


Risk of Loss

Once your wheels are accepted by the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
We will support you with documentation and claims if needed.
