Thank you for choosing Fitment Fanatics. Because all of our wheels are custom-made to your exact design, specifications, and vehicle fitment, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
Custom-Made Products (No Returns or Cancellations)
All forged wheels sold by Fitment Fanatics are custom-built to order based on the design, size, width, offset, bolt pattern, and finish you approve.
For this reason:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been submitted and production has begun.
This policy protects the integrity of the custom manufacturing process, as each wheel is created specifically for you and cannot be resold or repurposed.
Order Changes
If you need to make a change (specs, finish, design, etc.), you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this window, changes may not be possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take quality seriously. If your wheels arrive damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

Keep all packaging materials.
We will review the claim and work with the manufacturer to replace or repair the product when applicable.

is not covered.
Fitment Responsibility
Fitment Fanatics assists with recommendations based on the information you provide, but final fitment responsibility lies with the buyer.
We strongly recommend:

Confirming your vehicle’s exact wheel specs

Verifying brake clearance

Providing accurate measurements

Confirming tire sizes with your installer
We are here to help you choose the right setup, but we cannot guarantee fitment if incorrect information is provided.
Shipping Issues
If your wheels are lost or damaged during shipping, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Refunds (If Approved)
Refunds are only issued if:

A manufacturer error cannot be corrected

Excess payments or duplicate payments were made
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
